Manny Pacquiao VS Antonio Margarito

The schedule of Manny Pacquiao and Antonio Margarito's fight will be on November 13, 2010. I honestly wish for Pacquiao to win. I'm a proud Filipino after all. He is the pride of our country and I wish him good luck in his fight with Antonio Margarito. I pray to God that he will be victorious and bring more honor to the Philippines. Unlimited Rice in Mang Inasal

Mang Inasal is a restaurant currently gaining popularity here in the Philippines due to its delicious recipes.
This restaurant is one of my top favorite restaurants where I frequently go to eat. I just can't get enough of it!

I like its Promo of Unlimited Rice. For only Php 99 (estimation of $2), I can eat as much as I want with unlimited rice. The serving is also quite quick and they give some Sinigang soup which I really like (I like sour foods). I usually order PM2 which is very affordable.

I highly recommend this restaurant! Thumbs-up!

First Time in a Hospital

(Exclude the day of my birth that I have been to a hospital.)

I rarely go to a hospital and it was my first time to visit a hospital here in the Philippines. I'm a Filipino by the way. 

I was quiet while we were walking on the hallway of the hospital. I keep on staring at the patients, thinking of what their illnesses are. I wondered whether they are currently feeling any pain or are they only minor injuries. I got distracted because of this. By the moment we go into the area where the patients with worse cases are located. We heard and saw people who have different problems. It made me feel how lucky I am to be considered as a normal person. I felt a feeling of being uncomfortable. I guess I was just not used to it... going to a hospital is what I mean. We heard different cases of their patients. Most of us probably felt pity after hearing the different situations the patients went through. 

Our Visit to Home For the Aged

         During our exposure, I couldn’t help but pity the children and the elderly we visited. Despite of their current situation, they still smiled and warmly welcomed us. I couldn’t believe that the government isn’t doing anything despite the taxes they get from millions of Filipinos.  I remember there is this one old grandpa who told us that if ever we are going to come back there, we might notice that they will be fewer than before. Obviously, he’s trying to say that some of them will soon die. It saddened me for I remembered what my parents once told me. That once they turn old to the extent that they can no longer see clearly or walk properly, we might forget about them and never visit them. This visit made me reflect on my actions towards my parents. I love my parents and never shall I send them to a house for the aged.
